As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our team. If you are a strategic thinker and are passionate about optimizing procurement processes, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the company’s procurement processes and ensure efficient, cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals.
Identify and build relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms..
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements and company standards.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and vendor capabilities to make informed purchasing decisions.
Manage procurement budgets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and supply chain to meet business needs.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced English
