Support and Solutions Center MK is a company who is working for large international clients, providing services in the domain of customer service, accountancy, IT, engineering, administration (related to logistics, technical administration) etc.
Support and Solutions Center MK is seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to strengthen our Integration team. This is a career-defining opportunity within a well-established company where colleagues are empowered to grow and learn. In this dynamic environment, you will engage with our global subsidiaries to enhance operational efficiency for our clients.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and optimize the Biztalk platform.
• Manage Integration workflows and processes
• Provide functional and technical support to Integration users
Потребни квалификации
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering or a related field
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge and understanding of REST API
• Knowledge of Azure
• Strong curiosity and a desire to learn, along with a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaborative skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional support to users.
