Online Travel Agency based in the UK looking for customer support agents to help customers with booking enquires. Email, phone and chat support. Some of the tasks include: 

- Processing reservations on a custom made booking system

- Amending and cancelling reservation by phone and email

- Problem solving in case of disputes between clients and suppliers

- Data processing tasks



Previous experience in similar role preferred.
