We are an administrative logistic center (not a Call Center!) who is working for large international clients, active in Iron & steel, paper, tires, overall general cargo, commodities (cacao and coffee) and wood. You will be a part of a team and will be responsible for providing correct and important logistic information towards these clients, in order to process the daily logistic flows all over the world.
This environment creates opportunities and job satisfaction, by fulfilling necessary information towards our subsidiaries abroad and by maintaining and optimizing international logistic flows from our clients.

Starter Data Processer.
Type of work:
- Data processing of orders into our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
o In- and outbound deliveries
o Data control
o Stock management
o Transport planning management
o Time registrations and productivities
- Data processing in Microsoft applications as Excel
- Processing of transport orders, creation of labels, set up control, …
- Complete transport follow up (track & trace)
- Processing of KPI’s and other data requested
- Purchase ordering and follow up
- Invoice data follow up

Потребни квалификации

Required experience and studies: 
- University Degree
- Fluently spoken English language.
- Good communication skills – written, spoken, listening; Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work to multiple and overlapping deadlines; Attention to detail/accuracy;
Logical approach
- Team player = solution minded, helpful + empathically to colleagues,
- Practice in working with databases; Review the data and input it into a computer or
computer database with accuracy; strong analytical skills
- A good vision of the development possibilities of the company; Able to use own
initiative; Take responsibility for own work
- Computer skills: smoothly managing of MS WORD, EXCEL, Navision Software is
an advantage
