Roles & Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for multiple software services, maintaining visibility of the roadmap and execution.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and customer experience.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product plans, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
Lead the full product development lifecycle: Discovery, Definition, Design, Development, Deployment, and hand-off.
Craft comprehensive user stories and define strategic solutions to customer problems.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine features and requirements.
Ensure timely and successful product launches.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
Manage release cycles and cross-team dependencies.
Advocate for customer needs across teams to enhance product quality and usability.
Continuously develop knowledge of new technologies and methodologies.

Потребни квалификации
Job Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in a technical/software development environment.
In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry, particularly in B2B platforms.
Educational background in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related fields.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture, microservices, and API-first platforms.
Experience or background in software development and program management preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Strong ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
Excellent listener and communicator with proactive information-sharing habits.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems through thoughtful design and data analysis.
Proficiency with analytical tools and using metrics to evaluate and support decisions.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
